Guest guest
It depends what you as a mother is eating IMO. My stepdd's teeth had comp, letely rotted out on a strict vegan macrobiotic diet consumed by her and her mom by age 2. My older dd's teeth were starting to decay and I changed our diets and the decay stopped. Elainie
Guest guest
Is breastmilk cryogenic? Will it cause my baby to have tooth decay? When do you start brushing your baby's teeth? First time mommy here
Guest guest
I've been breastfeeding with the band okay too - Dillon just got his band, hates it, but he actually can breastfeed in it - for me, it took a little maneuvering and sometimes adjusting the band depending on the way I was breastfeeding (harder when I was laying down next to him and feeding) but overall that parts been okay! > Sorca, > I'm breastfeeding Waydon, and we haven't had any problems with his > band getting in the way! Guest guest
Jenn, A lot of moms have continued breastfeeding after their baby has been banded. Usually it is a bit awkward at first but they get the hang of it. I've heard to use a pillow on your arm too. Guest guest
Hi Jenn! I breastfeed my banded little one, he's 5 1/2 months. I found using the boppy pillow helps (if you do the cradle/cross-cradle position), it coushions his head and my lap. Since he's still young, he still fits on the boppy. I tried the " my breast-friend " pillow and it just wasn't soft enough for Nate to rest his banded head on. Wearing the band didn't phase him one bit, he loves to eat! However, if Nate keeps eating like a horse I may have to look for a super-size boppy if they make one ) Good Luck and Welcome. Guest guest
i forgot when i replied earlier that lying down with oliver next to me helped for nursing. kept the doc band from pushing into his head from my arm. it def took awhile to get used to lying down nursing - but once we figured it out it became a favorite position. > Hi Jenn! > > I breastfeed my banded little one, he's 5 1/2 months.
