Another kefir question

I have to travel next week. I'm pregnant and really need the raw

milk for my allergies. I'll be driving 8-10 hours, then staying in a

hotel without a fridge for 5 days, then driving 8-10 hours back.

My question (and believe me, I've tried to find out, just as I did

with my first question):

Can I save the results of several days' worth of kefir together in

the fridge, then take them unrefrigerated for several days so I have

some raw milk in my diet? I will be in an airconditioned van and

then in a very air-conditioned hotel. I can probably get cooler

space for the trip down and back, but not for the room (no room to

bring more than one cooler; I'm carpooling).

TIA,

Tracey
