In Ron Schmids book " Traditional foods are your best medicine he

speeks of the impotance of EPA found in fish. Afterwards he

says " every traditional culture WAP studied emphisized foods rich in

EPA,DHA, and ALA. Seafoods, organs, and in some cultures dairy

products from pasture fed animals were particularly emphisized for

mothers to be nursing and young children. " From this I get the

impression that butter has these fatty acids in it. Does anyone have

any further info on this?
