Guest guest
Hi, My name is Nichole and I am new to this group. I am also new to this way of living/eating. I also have a question, well many, but I'll start with this one. I have two gallons of raw milk that I got from a farmer. I would like to make raw milk yoghurt (I have made yoghurt before). The directions in the Nourishing Traditions book are very specific, ie 95 degree dehydrator, etc.. Is there any other way to make this for my family? I am a little nervous about using this milk, (why is it so hard sometimes to shed old notions about things?) but also very interested in making this work. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it. I also got some Kefir starter (I think it is powdered). Should I just do that or maybe even both? I feel silly not knowing much about this, but I suppose its a journey and I have to start somewhere.
