Guest guest Posted May 20, 2004 Report Share Posted May 20, 2004 I have a real hankerin' for cottage cheese and I want to make it myself out of the organic pastured milk I get (unfortunately pasteurized, but apparently I can't have everything). I'm seeing several contradictory recipes. All involve skim milk, and some involve cultures. Anyone done this at home? Can I somehow use kefiili as cuture?
