Guest guest
I do not drink coffee, haven't drunk it for years. I know that my kombucha tea still has caffeine in it, and since I am drinking 16 to 32 ounces a day, is this going to be bad for me over time? I feel great. I enjoy the tea. It seems to be acting as a digestive for me (no discomfort even after rich meals). So far, the effects seem good, and since I am sleeping better than I have ever slept, it obviously is not keeping me awake. This weekend, I was at an intense dog seminar all weekend working with a dog in a new sport for us. I took a pint of KT with me each day as well as my vinegar drink. Drank the vinegar drink (2 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp raw honey, 1 cup water) mid morning and mid afternoon, and drank the KT with lunch. Usually when I do these seminar, I tire mid afternoon and am greatful when the day ends. This time, I didn't tire either day, and felt great that night. Was a little tired yesterday, but that was better than it has been in the past. Fourth batch goes in today. Just bottled 8 quarts last night.
