Guest guest
Oh, Reggie. I've been wanting to do a parasite cleanse but I'm scared it might confirm parasites! How about eating raw rice, too? At least you are finding your answers, right? My parasites I got my parasite results back I have aeromonas caviae lactobacilli and E. coli were found in lower than optimal leverls. The 'friendly bacteria' Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria, are important for..............Reestablishing healthy levels of Lactobacilli may be desirable. E. coli have been noted at less than ample amounts of dysbiosis, and often rebound when intestinal imbalances are corrected. Ideally, levels of Lactobacillus and E.coli should be 2+ or greater. Bifidobacteria being a predominate anaerobe should be recovered at levels of 4+. Aeromonas is a ubiquitous inhabitant of freshwater environments, and has been isolated from both well water and bottled spring water. It may also be isolated from .........(#$)$#(*)*@# (nasty non vegan stuff) and produce. In humans, it has been associated with diarrheal disease, usually self-limiting. Considered a possible pathogen in any amount. Happy happy joy joy huh? Natural agents to rid myself of aeromonas caviae are: Berberine, oregano, plant tannins and uva-ursi (that being the highest inhibition) Now what????????????????? How gross. That is probably what's making my stomach problems and being so darn exhausted.
