Guest guest
Hello, How would a nursing mother go about losing an extra 30 lbs of weight? Though we are not sure what is causing my wife to gain weight, because we follow and have been following many of the WAP dietary principles, including daily cod liver oil with butter oil, and a lot of products every month from our local WAPF chapter and health food store, etc., it seems that every weight loss or herbal supplement that might help her is off limits because she is nursing our 5 month old daughter. Related to this question, we are considering possibly this new Corti-slim product, if it would be safe for our baby, (a big if) which claims to block the action of cortisol (?), illegedly the stress induced hormone which they claim makes people put on weight-especially around their stomach/waist, despite diet and exercise. Any comments or advice? Thanks!
