Ok folks, I know this is a touchy subject, but I still like coffee.

I don't drink a ton of it, but I like it, anywhere from 1/2 cup to 2

cups a day. (I work 2 days a week, those are my 2 cups of coffee

days, the rest of the week 1/2 cup to 1 full cup.)

If you have any good info you can share with me about why I should

continue to drink coffee, I am open to it...

But barring that, my husband drinks a ton of coffee, with no desire

to quit. Has anyone ever kefir-ized coffee, and what has been the

result? Does it taste good?

Thanks, Leann

NOT drink coffee!

Thanks, Leann

>>>OOPS, I meant if you have any good information about why I should

There is stacks of stuff out there about how bad caffeine is for you -

interferes with bloodsugar/insulin balance, causes high blood pressure, etc.,

etc., and there are also plenty of articles regarding good findings about

coffee/caffeine. I believe, as with carbs, fats, etc, you need to work out how

it affects YOU. I find if I have too much I get amine headaches and my blood

pressure goes up. I can also get the headaches with decaf. So I don't have any

for months and then only have a little bit/day. If you really enjoy it and don't

want to give it up completely, you need to find your own threshhold.

Cheers,

Tas'.
