Guest guest
I love all this! I just had the most incredible kefir! It was soooooo thick and creamy it felt like drinking cream!! (which I've done since I was little when no one was watching LOL) I sweetened it with juuuuust a touch of maple syrup and sprinkled it with nutmeg. I have a jar of kefir sourdough starter (from Dom's site) going in my " culture cabnet " (LOL a cupboard with a lamp in it, my room temp is pretty cool for culturing) and I'm making Sally's carob chip cookies today and for lunch were having crispy almonds, organic raw jersey milk colby cheese, and scrambled organic free range eggs. Then we'll be having homemade sauerkraut with our sausage tonight! HA! I've never enjoyed cooking and eating more! I've just sold my little house on a tiny block and have found a large block that I am buying. It's got enough room for lots of veggies, chooks, fruit trees AND a couple of goats. I'm really stoked and can't wait. Cheers, Tas'.
Guest guest
WAY up in Northern Ontario you can get 100 acre farm for less than $50,000. My hubby and I's dream is to once we are out of our financial obligations, get a house around here and wait until we have enough equity to move up there. Wont be for 10 years at the very earliest but it's our dream. <sand8013@...> wrote: Drool!!! I've just sold my little house on a tiny block and have found a large block that I am buying. Guest guest
, that's one heck of a long winter, and one heck of a short summer. for farming, that's one heck of an amount of hay you'd have to put up. no wonder land is so cheap! what would you do with it? laura On Thu, 17 Jun 2004 08:52:46 -0400 (EDT) Siemens <amandasiemens@...> writes: WAY up in Northern Ontario you can get 100 acre farm for less than $50,000.
