Ummm ... how about toasting it til it is nice and crispy, then

rubbing a raw half a garlic clove over it, sprinkling it with

salt, then drizzling olive oil over it? Or slathering it with

salted garlic butter. Toast MUST have garlic!

(or if you are a butter/jam person, just use salted butter).

I'll post my bread recipe later, but I've never experimented with

almond flour (my dh isn't into nuts).

I know what you mean though, they don't put salt in anything

anymore. The great salt controversy!
