whoa! !

if i were you i would make some wonderful fermented grape drinks...

sally has a recipe requiring a case of grapes.

one year when grapes were on sale...i made a wonderful sauteed chicken

dish with grapes and champagne.

also i have a grape bread recipe...i think it requires sugar but perhaps

it could be modified.

it's in Carol Field's the Italian Baker. it might be in your library.

how about trying your hand at making wine? :-)

Grape juice or wine comes to mind! My mother boils them, the strains them

in a jelly bag. Or you can rent a good winepress. Once you have the juice

you can make kefir beer or wine from it. You can also make wine from the

whole grapes, tho it's easier if you freeze them first.
