Guest guest Posted June 21, 2004 Report Share Posted June 21, 2004 I don't know a lot about this, but I looked into some other more natural electrolyte drinks, and they still have citric acid. I wonder if, along with your drinking good water, you could make sure to consume minerals in other foods that also have some liquids in them, like plenty of fruits and vegetables. Another thought is to also get good mineral rich salt (like Celtic Sea Salt) and use that faithfully. I wish I knew more to help you. It sounds absolutely miserable.
