Guest guest
Fredrik, when i first when to hear sally speak, only 3 months ago, my favorite group of indigenous people she talked about were the Swiss. i thought, man, i could live on rye sourdough and cheese!!! being of Germanic descent myself... laura Heidi, that's exactly what I realized by myself when I reintroduced starch to my diet! Since I didn't like potatoes, wheat, oats and rice, I chose rye as my source. Not a hunter gatherer food exactly, but better than fruit to me personally. As soon as I chose rye I felt I had to eat dairy as well. These two things appear to complement each other. Fredrik
