The chickens are truly free range. Yay! If I'm reading it right,

they pasture the cows, but then suppliment with hay and corn feed

(they produce their own feed). I'm still trying to ascertain how

much grain is normal for cattle to eat opposed to grass. If I find

a winning supplier of grass fed beef, I'll buy a side and stick it

in the deep freeze. :)
