We've had great discussions in the past about how the fundamentals

fit into practice.

Tim Malia's framing of that issue totally nails the approach I follow.

How do I achieve superb access, efficiency, continuity?

How do I give people very good information so that they can help

themselves to the best of their abilities?

How can I work with people to increase their ability to help themselves?

How do I do this in a way that is enjoyable and sustainable?
