What fish sauce did you use? I've made the ketchup twice and while I

might characterize it as aggressively garlicky (which we actually like)

I wouldn't characterize it as " fishy. " I use a Thai fish sauce.

I used the Thai Kitchen sauce. And I liked the garlic, too. Hmmmm!
