Guest guest
Suze, that would be me. The real question at this time would be if cataracts can be reversed with nutrition? I would like to think that at the very least, they wouldn't get worse. I also had several people mention butter oil/clo which when my budget will allow I'll start taking. My mom has macular degeneration and is daily drinking what she calls *swamp water* which I know has parboiled kale and tomatoes and who know what else! Along with the supplements she's taking she hopes to be able to keep her eyesight for the rest of her life (she's 73 in August and otherwise fairly healthy). I guess when it comes down to it, we all need to do what we feel we can to slow down the aging progress. Maybe I need to get that recipe for *swamp water* from Mom!
