I'm not as addicted to potads as i am to wheat, which i guess is what of the signs of allergy. i can eat half a potad and be satisfied. if i have a piece of bread, i can't just stop there. yesterday i FINALLY tried my hand at sourdough; it turned out great. but i had a bunch of slices...with raw butter of course! it was even better with the raw cheddar!! but then i was up almost all night last night; there was no reason why. i never knew grains could cause insomnia, but that was really the only thing that was different yesterday. i felt revved up, like i couldn't relax, and i ended up sleeping about 3 hours last night. i had to get up at 5 am to do my raw milk run for our group!! thanks Heidi. I'm so glad you found something that works for you. who knows...maybe I'll try it. but just not yet. laura Low carb doesn't work for me, never has. I don't want to lose weight on a diet that I'm going to have to WORK to stay on.

I think I tried every diet in the bookstore and then some! At some distant point in the future this will all be figured out, but in the meantime, the " experts " are doing stomach stapling so we are still in the dark ages. -- Heidi Jean
