Guest guest
Anita and others, An all new training suite, the “Integrated Neurofeedback” was officially released in August 2008 at the ISNR meeting. It is a new suite which only works with BioGraph Infiniti version 4 and subsequent versions. The limited edition of the Integrated Neurofeedback suite, can be purchased for $150 from: www.bfe.org www.brain-trainer.com fdupont-phd@... (send me an email, I’ll tell you how to proceed, since my web site is not updated yet!) and other BFE distributors. Please see attached file for a description with a list of screens available in this first release. On the first night at the ISNR meeting, in his wish list for the future, Dr Lubar mentioned, among many other things, that he would like to see more linear combination of channels (LCC) for training. I’m working on a research project with Dr Lubar, Dr Monastra and Dr Hagedorn with the BFE. They want to replicate and expand the study regarding the factors involved with the Theta/Beta ratio. I met with them at the ISNR meeting. So I took the opportunity to show Dr Lubar this new Suite. He thought it was interesting and said he would take a closer look at it. He said that it did fit the idea of the LCC, since more than one channel and many bands are combined in one main bar graph. Thank you for the inspiration! Guest guest
Francois, I, like others, bought the beta version. Are you ready to distribute the new suite to us? How do we go about obtaining it? I realize I will need to update to Infinity 4.0 to use it but thanks for making it clear. -Nita Subject: A new Biofeedback Foundation of Europe Suite is born! To: braintrainer Date: Friday, September 5, 2008, 8:17 AM Anita and others, An all new training suite, the “Integrated Neurofeedback” was officially released in August 2008 at the ISNR meeting. Guest guest
François,Gee, sounds like a squish or squash or windowed squash. I just needed to use more " scientific " language, like " linear combination of channels " , and who knows where the TLC might have gone! Glad to hear that the leaders of the field are catching up with us. I know working with you will be great for them. Thanks for the update and for the new site. How does this work with those who bought the beta version during the first year or two? Guest guest
I knew you would like this one Pete! That’s what I thought too. Where were they looking to not see these protocols of yours over the years. To be fair, Lubar was refering more to multiple channels, even more than 2. Like a squish with 4 channels to work over a larger region of interest (ROI). Hey, I learned all these buzz words in a few days!
