For me the next button goes back for about the past 30 days, or so.

It seems to have just started doing it because when I first got here,

I could go back on a search forever.

I'm not sure if I thanked whoever posted this info

about a month ago or so. It seems so simple now

that I know how ;)

-Sometimes this happens when it is busy, and it will say it's not

available. But I just tried it and searched an obscure topic back to

April, so I know it should work. Rose

You need to keep clicking on 'next' until it goes back far enough for what you

want.

Cheers,

Tas'.

Searching the archives

Does anyone know how to search the ENTIRE archives on the site? When

I do a keyword search, it only searches the current page of posts.

TIA

You can also do a search in Google of the entire site.

Unfortunately it doesn't distinguish between lists, and while you can

get results from lists you don't want, you can also get results

from other lists that are interesting! If you set your google options

to show 100 results at a time (with a fast connection) it's easy to

look through the results quickly.

To search for something like real milk, type :

" real milk " site:

or

site: " real milk "

Make sure there's no spaces around the " : " .

Hope this helps,
