Guest guest Posted June 18, 2004 Report Share Posted June 18, 2004 Christie, when i did Atkins in the past, the same thing happened to me; waking just before dawn, and going to bed about 9 pm. this has been happening to me again now eating WAPF but not Atkins. living on mostly raw kefir, yogurt and cheese. but i still have bread if i want it.
