Here's a link to a very interesting article on the effects of green

tea as containing an antigonist to the effects of toxin on genes.

No need to read it. It's quite technical ...essentially it says green

tea contains a substance that interfer with the cancer causing

reaction of dioxin in cells.

So wonder what the possibilities are with other good things we eat????

We do live in a " brave new world " !
