Guest guest
Hi, I was wondering if anyone had a really well-fermented sour dough bread recipe. I made the one in NT, and my son had a bad reaction to it. I noticed that the recipe on the Weston Price web site is fermented longer, and I wonder if that has anything to do with it? Sorry for all the questions, it is just a bit overwhelming to start all of this! However, we are all happier here because of NT. My son has ADD and oppositional/defiant tendencies. We have been gradually changing our diet for the past year to all whole foods and getting rid of wheat, yeast, gluten and sugar. Our last step has been to add NT to the regimine, as well as see a homeopath and kinesiologist. Many, many of the symptoms are gone. He is still easily frustrated, but so much better. I am not sure of the accepted intro info. on this board, so I'll stop there Thanks all. Sue
