Bacopa!/adrenal stress and insomnia : and the Husband Drug

Eileen,

Just read up on Bacopa. It's a parasympathetic system stimulator....I

have a bottle of Pukka herbs with this as an ingredient. So how much

bacopa do you take to chill you out?

Can't wait to get chilled. The dogs are fighting over tripe this evening

and my nerves are getting shot :-))))
