jersey/dutch belt cows - pros and cons of both???

i'm setting up a co-op and am wondering what the difference is

between jersey and dutch belt cows. i've been in contact with two

farms, one who raises dutch belt that are primarily pastured (they

receive only a small bit of organic grain and hay) and the other has

jerseys who are exclusively pastured.
