Run an ozone machine in your house to get rid of pollution and remove CO2. You can run it 1 time a week to clean up the air in your home. Sleep in a dark room --no light on. The pineal gland relies on melatonin production--from sleep. It needs darkness. From the melatonin the brain can produce seratonin necessary for psychic awareness. Turn off electric equipment in your room and keep any clocks that are on an electrical circuit away from the bed. They run a hz cycle that is not compatible with the human body. • Help your body produce Seratonin!
