The Pineal gland is poisoned and calcified by the following list of

The neurotransmitters Melatonin and Seratonin are essential to the

proper function of the pineal gland! Ways to activate the pineal

gland: Raw food diet (vegan or vegetarian Filtered water Non-

flouride toothpaste--Tom's of Maine has non-flouride toothpaste.

Run an ozone machine in your house to get rid of pollution and remove

CO2. You can run it 1 time a week to clean up the air in your home.

Sleep in a dark room --no light on. The pineal gland relies on

melatonin production--from sleep. It needs darkness. From the

melatonin the brain can produce seratonin necessary for psychic

awareness. Turn off electric equipment in your room and keep any

clocks that are on an electrical circuit away from the bed. They run

a hz cycle that is not compatible with the human body. • Help your

The angle of the gaze to the tip of the nose, moving the view slighy

up the bridge, relaxing the eyes...They will at first cross then you

relax so you feel a sensation in the middle of your forehead. They

key is your focus is now no longer internal or external...it is

inbetween. This pulls in the light into the 3rd eye. Buddha taught
