Guest guest
With all this talk about neutophils and lymphocytes, can someone explain to me what it could mean that s neutrophil count has never, in all his bloodwork, been any higher than just within range? Whether he is fighting a viral OR bacterial infection, or no known infection at the time of the draw, his levels have always been borderline low. The same goes for the lymphocytes, with the exeption of them being 'deficient' once that I know of. Two of his draws have also shown leucopenia. I am struggling to understand all this! Thanks to the group I understand their functions, but interpret the offered information as meaning that in response to infection the levels should rise at some point. Is the correct,. and if so, why dont s?????
