absolutely, i believe that.

the most well fed, quality i mean, people also seem to be the best

natured.

growing up there was a lot of sugar in our family and a lot of discord,

too.

i have no sugar in my house; haven't for years.

i remember a few years ago, we went on vacation. i was new to PNP so i

ate relapsed and had dessert every day on vacation. if we weren't eating

out, i would go to the corner store and get a pint of ben and Jerry's.

well, when we got back, we got back into our usual routine of eating my

home cooked meals with no sugar.

that first week back from vacation we were at each others throats. it

was BAD. divorce was coming to mind. i didn't understand it.

then it passed, like it never existed.

then i realized. that first week back from vacation we were all detoxing

from sugar! we were at each others' throats. then it all made sense.

We do a lot better since we've been eating better :-)
