Depending on the *angle* of the joint in the extended limb, shaking or

tremoring can be a healthy response in the body. Bioenergetics (a

body-based therapy developed by Lowen after Wilhelm Reich)

actually has you go into positions that encourage a shake in the body to

release physical and emotional tension. I don't know if this was the kind

of shaking you experienced, but I just wanted to point out that is *might*

not be diet-related.
