The used medical equipment guy is at Ganim Medical. His cell phone is .

As far as the rest, yesterday was a bit stressful. I had 11 patients to see. I had several people from my old practice who had been waiting to come in. I was supposed to open 1/9 but the place wasn't ready until 8 days later. I saw one person that day, 4 the next and 11 yesterday. It was a bit hectic, my EMR had been perfect but the techie guy changed something on the browser and suddenly it didn't recognize I had a printer. I have NO paper prescriptions so then I got behind and stressed. The good thing is I chose a local small shop just down the block so the guy came running over and fixed it. So since then I sent my first batch of bills. I have to tell you I really really like the Doctors Partners people. The head tech support guy, who I think wrote the program helped me via remote control to send my first batch through ENS. He then showed me how to operate THAT clearing house software and then helped me run through their scrubber and correct my coding error (only one believe it or not). I think I am getting a really good product at a good price with awesome support.

Anyway, back to other equipment. I bought the Brother MFC7820N as copier and fax. Seems to be working well. I bought the fujitsu snapscan 310 something recommended on this listserve and it is really amazing, it scans super fast, no editing needed and very neatly helps you make little cabinets for insurance cards, records etc so that I can easily upload to my EMR (which also makes it easy)

So anyway, ask away about any new questions! I'll let you know if I still think billing is easy once I get my first postings done.
