A few weeks ago, I posted that I fired MTBC, the 5% plan. Of course, they said that no one ever complained and that all of their other customers are satisfied. Well, of course they would say that! My response is that if someone is really checking that the claims are actually being paid, they would not be satisfied.

I am in the process of setting up EZ claim and it is very easy. I am going to use their clearing house - E clzaims- and have a phone appt tomorrow to set it up. So far, I have been pleased with the knowledge, and courtesy of the people I have been talking to.

No financial ties to either. Just trying to reduce stress, reduce overhead etc.
