Hi everyone,

NT is tops, of course, but I'd love to know if there are other cook

books that deserve a place on my shelves. I have and really like wild

Fermentation by Sandor Elliz Katz.

I've read great things about The Splendid Grain by Wood, but

I'd like to know what everyone thinks before purchasing it (it isn't

in stores here, so I would be ordering in online).
