Hi all,

OK, so it's not really a restaurant. It is a takeout place with patio

tables at the Ferry Building marketplace.

They serve a variety of meats, poultry and veggies. The meats are

from Potter Farms (aka Prather Ranch), my favorite supplier of meats

in the Bay Area. Potter Farms also has a booth in the Ferry Building

and i highly recommend them too. Today I had veal sweetbreads in demi-

glace, roasted potatoes and roasted tomatoes with herbs. All

perfectly prepared. There was a variety of vegetables, pork, beef

ribs, chicken, and cassoulet - this place will be my Saturday morning

ritual from here on.

The chef was a saucier under a famous French chef. You can also buy

demi-glace (reduced veal stock). Prices are cheap for what you get.

Veggies are $5 per lb and meats vary, mostly $12 per lb and under. If

you shop at the Ferry Building marketplace, try it!!!
