You mean " broiled " right? Otherwise they'd be kinda soggy.

Easy gluten-free snack

We put salmon (mixed with some mayo and mustard) on rice crackers, and the

kids love peanut butter and honey on rice crackers.

Fresh fruit and cream is a favorite snack.

Yesterday's snack was GF peanut butter cookies with cinnamon and toasted

pecans. (It's our favorite peanut butter cookie recipe from Pre-GF days,

made with 1/2 garbanzo and 1/2 rice flour. Almost double in GF flours what

the recipe calls for in flour.)

I try to keep the GF grains to a minimum too.
