Guest guest
You mean " broiled " right? Otherwise they'd be kinda soggy. Guest guest
We put salmon (mixed with some mayo and mustard) on rice crackers, and the kids love peanut butter and honey on rice crackers. Fresh fruit and cream is a favorite snack. Yesterday's snack was GF peanut butter cookies with cinnamon and toasted pecans. (It's our favorite peanut butter cookie recipe from Pre-GF days, made with 1/2 garbanzo and 1/2 rice flour. Almost double in GF flours what the recipe calls for in flour.) I try to keep the GF grains to a minimum too. Rhea
