Haven't checked out Whole Foods recently to see if anything is different with the new bakery. They do have some rice flour bread in freezers. Actually I like my bread a whole lot (as much as I like any bread, I'm not a bread person much). Seems like commercial breads of ANY type are too dry, and they seem hard to digest even when the ingredients look ok.
