I have been thinking about this a lot lately and was wondering if anyone has

experimented already, or if you think this would work: a dried NT pancake

mix. I was thinking of fermenting the grains then drying them out. Would

probably need to pulverize after it's dried. Then add baking powder/soda and

store and add water and egg to for pancakes.

That's my plan. I want to do this with sprouted grains for Ezekiel bread too.

Haven't tried it yet though.
