Guest guest
I have been thinking about this a lot lately and was wondering if anyone has experimented already, or if you think this would work: a dried NT pancake mix. I was thinking of fermenting the grains then drying them out. Would probably need to pulverize after it's dried. Then add baking powder/soda and store and add water and egg to for pancakes. Guest guest
That's my plan. I want to do this with sprouted grains for Ezekiel bread too. Haven't tried it yet though. cindy Re: fermented dry pancake mix?
