Guest guest
How do you compute 30%? If I'm supposed to eat 2000-2500 calories, how many grams of protein is ideal for me? My ND says i should be getting 80 grams, 60 when i'm done nursing. My Garden of Eating book says between 112 and 147 grams of protein. Elaine >>> This is why we need WAP/NT. Assuming the study is correct, NT has >>> pointed out that protein should never exceed 30%, no matter what type >>> diet or food program you are on. Guest guest
Thank you so much . I really needed the simple math spelled out for me. I am a little shocked my ND is recommending half that! Elaine > 2000 calories x .30 = 600 divided by the number of calories in a gram > of protein(4) = 150 grams of protein >
