Guest guest Posted August 5, 2004 Report Share Posted August 5, 2004 well. i find myself in possession of two plucked ducks, and lacking some happy splashing in my pond (as well as some loud quacking early in the mornings) i've never prepared duck before, and in NT, there's only mention of cutting the duck up and then marinating - there's no discussion of a whole roast duck a la turkey...is there a reason for that? is there any reason *not* to roast a whole duck? -katja, quack.
