Guest guest
I am not sure if this is a nutrition issue or not, but am interested in any advice. Today is a dreary, rainy, humid day in New England. Days like this happen frequently here. The air is heavy and hot. And so, my sinuses are pressurized. I can usually forecast a dramatic change in barometric pressure by my sinuses. I get headaches over and behind my eyes that can be debilitating. My MD had prescribed Flonase, but I just can't seem to spray that up my nose every day without wondering about the long term affects. I can take a decongestant and some ibuprophan which helps. Wondering if there issomething else I can do naturally. Thanks in advance.
