Just about any bread dough, thinned down (roll it or pour it) and baked, makes

a cracker. Adding cheese makes it cheesy ... if you add some baking powder they

will be light and crackly. I.e. take some flour and baking powder, add water til

it is the consistency you

want, add cheese, pour it or roll it, bake it. If you are using wheat flour, try

a pie crust recipe (I don't use wheat flour, so my recipes wouldn't do much

good).

I add onion powder and/or garlic powder to mine, which makes them really yummy.

What helps is having a silicon baking mat (Exopat) so they don't stick. If you

cut

them when they are warm you may be able to get them square, but they

break up pretty easy. You need to watch them very carefully ... the difference

between " crisp " and " burnt " is a minute or so ... you can also cook them until

they are almost done, then crisp them in a deyhdrator.

ething " wrong " with the

ginger carrot recipe in the book. Does everyone follow the recipe

exactly...or do you tweak it somehow. I'm also thinking of slicing

It calls for too much salt. Cut the salt in half.
