Hi everyone,

Right now I don't have any kefir grains, so I'm wondering if in the

meantime I can use the kefir starter offered by Yogourmet. Is there a

significant difference between it and grains? I realise that grains

are reuseable, and therefore more economical, but I'd like to know

more about this so I'll know whether to buy the Yogourmet or not.

I really want to try kefir, so if the Yogourmet is at least okay,

great. But if anyone wants to warn me about anything, please do.
