Guest guest
my doctor say's for good source of calcium just buy TUMS I did some research on the internet later and I keep turning up how very important vitamin D and magnesium is to calcium absorption so, it doesn't make alot of sense to me to take magnesium (which requires acid to be absorbed) to help calcium absorption (which also requires acid) if the form of calcium you are taking (TUMS) neutralizes acid.... then how much absorption are you actually going to get on either one??
