Guest guest
Tomorrow, I am going to make a chicken stew. One thing I dont understand that I seem like I m going to use unbleached flour and eat it. I know I am not supposed to eat flour but I dont see a way to remove it before to eat chicken stew. Hmm? Ok, I try to understand the process of this. 1. Sprinkle the flour on the chicken and cook on the both sides in butter and oil. 2. Rid of browning fat and add 3 tbsp butter and 3/4 cup of flour to cook for few minutes. 3. Add wine marinade and chicken stock to the casserole and bring it to a boil. 4. Take chicken out and put in the pot and bake it. Do I get it right? Please help me with this. Garrett
