Glutamine and water? Maybe it's the water? ;-) As far as I know, I'm the only one in my gym and probably one of very few in the world who will drink glutamine in water. lol. Well, what parameters were they testing in these studies? (IOW what does " Muscle recovery " mean?) I've done primary research into glutamine, although not systematically for a paper, so rather loosely. It's widely recognized to promote the retention of muscle mass in people with muscle-wasting sicknesses. It raises HGH levels, which theoretically *should* help increase muscle mass, or retain it.
