>>>So what's with the elliptical? What can you do with it? Is it worth

it? Any info, even minor bits and nits, appreciated. :)<<<

Try doing an internet search - you should find plenty of info :-)

Doing that, plus planning on looking when I pick up an extra weight

tomorrow. Was sorta hoping for personal experiences too. :)

If I have to be a grownup, can I at least be telekinetic too?

I've used the elliptical machine (Precor) at the gym extensively as i'm

healing a sprained ankle. It's nice bc it's non-impact but you can still get

your heart rate up there. I don't know what the home machines are like

though. I suggest going to a gym and programming a Precor for an interval

workout (that's what i do) and getting yourself good and sweaty. Then go to

an exercise store and see how a home one compares. Another home option is

the mini-trampoline. But honestly, they're all so damn boring!

an elliptical is more like a cross between a stair-stepper and a treadmill....it goes in a more walking/stepping motion as opposed to just a stepping motion.....

Go to sears.com and type in exercise equipment...Ü

Elliptical?

Question: is an elliptical the same as a stair-stepper?
