Since I've taken to consuming raw eggs (whole, usually) in a shake daily,

I tried whole, but the taste the whites added was unpleasant to me, so I've

been sticking with the yolks. However, scrambled eggs can absorb a ton of

butter, which I always found very enjoyable with lots of freshly-ground

pepper. Not an option anymore, and I suppose it's just as well, since

there's just no point (healthwise) in cooking a yolk.
