Guest guest Posted July 19, 2004 Report Share Posted July 19, 2004 Have a patch of eczema that popped up again this winter on my elbow after nearly 20 years. After I quit gluten its almost gone. Don't eat much rice and can easily give that up too. Skin otherwise is greatly improved. Convinced any grain's fatty acids are not best for my skin. Dermatologist on NPR recently said the best skin diet is meat, potatoes and vegetables which is pretty much my preferred diet.
