It was an electic gathering of people from all food backgrounds. I learned a lot. Sandorkraut's community lives nearby so a few of them were there and I got to sample a ton of different fermented foods....no meats though. But LOTS of meads, wines and beers! Also the Brill book was the one recommended to me as the gold standard of foraging books.
