Hi-

I was on this list a couple of years ago. Life got in the way, but I'm back

and getting serious about my diet again.

Katja-

I'm curious how you knew the cavity had healed. I've never really tried

looking at my cavaties in the past, can you see a difference?

well, it was one on the outside of my tooth, and i could see it. also it

was very painful if i touched it at all. now i can't see it and i can poke

all over where it used to be and it doesn't hurt. which seems healed to me!

probably it's more accurately " still-healing " , but ya know...
